Evergreen Terrace provides short-term transitional rehabilitation and treatment for traditional nursing home residents.
We have therapists on staff with an expertise in specialized treatment areas. Aegis Therapy is our therapy provider. Evergreen
Terrace offers a progressive and responsive rehabilitation programs with a total focus on independence.
One of life's most challenging experiences is recovering from a stroke, heart attack or orthopedic surgery. The demands are
physical, mental and emotional. Often, patients must push themselves beyond their own expectations to regain their independence.
And to do this, they need a rehabilitation program that thoroughly understands these challenges, and supports them every step of

All patients who enter our program begin with a special plan of care specifically designed to help them meet their goals and needs. Comprehensive rehabilitative services include:

Freedom through Functionality - this program, in partnership with Nautilus, offers machine-based strength-training exercises to nursing home residents at more than 200 selected locations.
